Elegance of a vertically structured façade completely in black.

Inner densification of a neighbourhood with a new 19 metre high building with offices and apartments.

Façade construction

Unique profiles and geometries with sharp-edged sheet metal panels, circular milled slots and vertical pilaster strips.

Complete aluminium clad exterior façade, rear-ventilated, ‘100% black’ with folding walls, fixed elements and air-lux sliding windows, tilt-and-turn windows and shading. Interior railings made from steel and glass.
