Ensemble of three residential buildings

Wide overhanging monopitch roofs accentuate the orientation of the individual buildings and - inspired by the hilly scenery around Lake Zurich - form a roofscape of their own.
Together with the roof panes, the vertical wall panes form the tectonic framework of the residential buildings.

air-lux façade system

Room-high air-lux fixed glazing alternates with movable panels, all clad in burnished brass and serve as pivot door and drop window elements:
5 descending window units, 7 large pivot doors, various brass exterior and interior doors and tilt and turn windows.
